Committee for Justice webinar on court packing

On Monday, Feb. 8, at 12 p.m. EST, the Committee for Justice will host a discussion on court packing, term limits and other proposals for Supreme Court reform that have garnered public interest after recent elections resulting in Democratic control of the House, the Senate and the presidency. The panel will feature Joshua Braver of University of Wisconsin Law, Thomas Jipping of the Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal & Judicial Studies, and Ilya Somin of George Mason University, with Curt Levey, the president of the Committee for Justice, acting as moderator.
